The University of Michigan, via the Alfred Taubman Medical Research Institute, invites nominations for the Taubman prize for excellence in translational medical science.
This recognises a scientist for their contribution to transforming laboratory discoveries into clinical applications for patients suffering from disease.
International scientists are eligible. University of Michigan scientists are not eligible. Self-nominations are permitted.
The prize is worth USD 100,000. The recipient must be available for a two-day visiting professorship in Ann Arbor at a mutually agreeable time.
