EUDF and EFSD have established a Digitalisation in Diabetes Care Research Grant to ensure the translation of research into policy actions towards better diabetes care at European and national level. The EFSD/EUDF Research Grant will accept applications in the field of digitalisation in diabetes care.
The EFSD/EUDF Digitalisation in Diabetes Care Research Grant is intended to stimulate and accelerate European research aimed at optimising the use of technology, digital health and innovative treatments to support self-care by people with diabetes, to prevent complications and support quality of life.
Research will be supported through the award of grants, of up to Euro 40,000. The duration of each award may be one year or longer, depending upon the needs of the project and as justified in the application.
The deadline for receipt of research grant applications for funding this year is 15 November 2021.
