Prof. Luis Dorfmann is an internationally renowned expert in the electroelasticity of soft materials.He is visiting the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Land and Environment and Mathematics of the University of Brescia from the 22nd May to the 24th June 2019, where his main activities focus on:
1) teaching the class “Electromechanics of soft materials” for the PhD course in Civil, Environmental, International Cooperation and Mathematics (curriculum in Mathematical Methods and Models for Engineering);
2) collaborating on the research project “The role of mechanics in bioelectricity”.
