On Tuesday 21 May at the Apollo Hall of the Rectorate, the title of Honorary Visiting Professor was officially conferred on Prof. Manuel Berenguel, Professor of the Universidad de Almeria (Spain), one of the most famous international experts in the control of solar energy plants. Prof. Berenguel collaborates with the University of Brescia as a foreign member of the Teaching Board of the PhD in Mechanical Industrial Engineering and is the Head of the University of Almeria double degree title for students of the Degree in Automation Engineering Industrial.
Present at the conferral were the Vice-Professor Prof. M. Grazia Speranza, Prof. Antonio Visioli of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and the Delegate for internationalization policies Prof. Roberto Ranzi.
