The report “LAB – FAB – APP. “Investing in the European future we want“, presented on 3 July 2017 by the High Level Group commissioned by Carlos Moedas, European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation and led by Pascal Lamy, former Director General of the World Organization of Trade (WTO), has given important indications on the structure and contents of the new research framework program. The Lamy Report sets out a vision for the future of European research, through a series of strategic recommendations on how to maximize the impact of future EU research and innovation programs.
