Netval Course “Public contracts, public procedures, anti-corruption and exploitation of research results” – Brescia, 9-10 April 2019

What are the administrative constraints to the research results enhancement activity? To what extent does the traditional discipline for the selection of the contractor also apply to the choice of financiers or licensees? How can the value of confidential information be protected against the right of access? What are the opportunities and risks in collaborative agreements? With representatives from the world of research, technology transfer, academics and magistrates, this Netval course seeks to provide answers to these questions and to provide useful and reliable indications for the correct administrative management of the procedures for exploiting intellectual property.
