APRE organizes the training course “EIC Accelerator and innovative business model in Horizon 2020“ which will be held in Rome on 16 and 17 July 2019.
Horizon 2020, in general, and the European Innovation Council-EIC, in particular, place a strong emphasis on the elements of innovation and exploitation of results. The objective is to create an innovative product (or service, process, business model) that ensures a high growth potential of the proponents.
This course has three main objectives:
- clarify what are the basic elements to make a Horizon 2020 proposal convincing in aspects related to market sustainability;
- present the main innovations that will characterize the EIC Accelerator (formerly SME Instrument) in 2019-2020, starting from the first deadlines set after the summer;
- provide a series of operational tools that support proponents, in particular SMEs, innovative spin-offs and start-ups, to adequately consider the size of the market and the business in their applications for funding.
