Despite the benefits of Open Science are now known, both for researchers and for society in general, progress towards full sharing of data, tools and scientific infrastructures are still uneven.
The Science | Business Cloud Consultation Group of experts has published a new report entitled “Why Open Science is the Future”, which calls for greater efforts to overcome the barriers that hinder an effective Open Science, increasingly crucial for the generation , storage and use of large data sets required by many research projects.
