The Ehlers-Danlos Society, an American body committed to improving the lives of those affected by Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, spectrum disorders of hypermobility and related conditions, has funded the project “RNA sequencing to define pathogenetic mechanisms involved in hypermobile Ehlers -Danlos syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders “, presented by the University of Brescia, with scientific director Prof. Marina Colombi, member of the Department of Molecular and Translational Medicine.
The total funding allocated to the project amounts to US $ 169,000.
