Publication of the H2020 Annotated Model Grant Agreement update version 5.2

The European Commission has just published the updated 5.2 version of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement

Updates concern the following:

Art. 16.2 (Rules for providing virtual access to research infrastructure);
Art. 20 (Financial report);
Art. 29 (Open access to scientific publications; Open access to research data (Extended Open Research Data Pilot));
Art. 31 (Access right to results – Specific access rights for third parties);
Art. 37 (Results with a security recommendation — EU-classified information; Activities involving dual-use goods);
Art. 55 (Amendments).
