Good practices and rural resilience in times of COVID-19

The RURITAGE project launches a collection of innovative practices and actions developed in rural communities during the current global crisis for COVID-19 that contribute to strengthening resilience also understood from a social point of view.
Objective: to develop together a collection of knowledge, skills, ideas and resources on resilience. In fact, the pandemic crisis also affects rural communities that are challenged by specific challenges such as a reduced availability of
resources and greater isolation. This can lead to the development of customized solutions, through the enhancement of local resources, human capital and cultural and natural heritage, and through the
strengthening mutual support, collaboration and solidarity.
The initiative is aimed at individuals or organizations from rural communities who want to share experiences regarding sustainability, the cultural and natural heritage of the area and one or more of the Innovation Areas of the RURITAGE project – Local food, Migration, Art and Festivals, Resilience, Pilgrimage and Territory Management.
